A very dumb question about configuring a gamepad (Cyberpunk 2077)

Hi everyone!
I'm not really into this, but how do you remove the blind spot in cyberpunk? Don't ask why, it's just that I'm so comfortable at times.
There are 2 settings, an inner dead zone and an outer one. It seems like the inner one can be unscrewed by 0, and the outer one only by 0.50, as I understand it, how not to unscrew it to 0? And even when I turn the camera towards the side, the sight slows down, and only then unwinds (for example, like a machine gun), can this heresy be somehow removed? Not in a single game before cyberpunk have I met such a complex control setting on a gamepad.
