Soft ban or just bugs?

A long time ago I liked Dark Souls 2,but one day out of boredom I decided to shower cheat using CheatEngine and got the soft ban.The time has passed.I bought TEKKEN 7 from the same developers,but I'm having trouble connecting to other players.Specifically I get kicked out of jeopardy,very rarely throws a ranking battles and stuff like that.I suspect that it all resulted from the fact Dark Souls,but as it is not humanly to ban me yet in all the games from NAMCO,not even purchased.Roughly speaking, they just said nothing for what I have there will be a ban and stupidly parted with the money.
Is there a way to fix this problem?Who is also such a case?Is this all with other games from NAMCO?
