Lag the game on a powerful computer. (Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas)

About 10-25 FPS. Computer powerful. FPS limiter in the settings turn off and understated graphics 0 effect. All other games are fine.

Frame limiter off,maybe will be the norm.My scripts are play and after 10-15 minutes flying.What could it be?Anyone help?.The scripts all work.

Had the same hat in the old games (Return To Castle Wolfenstein and Mafia 1)on the 7950.Put 570GTX,and the game flew.
