Need TWArchive (The Witcher)

I am looking for the TWArchive program, this is a program for unpacking key / bif archives of the game, I google already for 3 days, all links to it are broken, even WebArchive does not help.
We need this particular program, there is also BifRip, it works fine, it is not difficult to find it, but it does not have some functions of the program I am looking for.
Maybe someone has this program lying around, or who knows where you can download it?
