Win unloads heavy processes in the System

Good day, everyone!
The problem is this - the system unloads heavy processes (in particular games) from the system, if, for example, I did alt + tab, went to the desktop, refreshed the page in Chrome, and that's it - the game was unloaded and I had to wait for the system to load the game from hard again ...
Has anyone encountered a similar problem?
I heard about the newfangled crap in win 10 that it dumps unused processes to the hard disk in order to increase the performance of those applications that the user is currently using, but I can’t remember / find what it’s called.
If anyone remembers / knows - write.
