As I already wrote in the title, I blunted it. The day before yesterday, closing the game, I decided to dig deeper into the settings and accidentally changed the mode. Warning window - mnogabukav niasilil.
Having played yesterday on the most difficult, well, just easy, not interesting. Can I turn it back on like a thread? Console or something else?

Try other saves - there are 3 autosaves there. There must be some old one.

According to Cre-Kit. survival mode is a quest (ID 0000080E), therefore, it can be turned on with the console like any other.
