Problem launching GTA 5 after installing mods (Grand Theft Auto 5)

I downloaded the gta pirate, installed it, went through a couple of missions, decided to download mods, replace the cars. Loaded mods with auto installation, installed OpenIV, loaded plugins. I go into the game, the story mode is loading, and the crash. I tried to uninstall mods, uninstall plugins, nothing helps, can I somehow solve it without reinstalling?
