A couple of years have passed since the release, there is already an additional campaign and an additional faction, and there was no Russian voice acting, in the settings of the game itself, as well as in the steam settings for the game, only the text changes. Considering that the developers actually saved on the voice acting of units of 2 factions out of 4, it is definitely not worth waiting for the official Russian voice acting. And the fact that the sound files in the game are encoded in a very strange binka format means that craftsmen, like me, will not bother.
