please tell me who knows how to change the language to Russian install the game and it is in English

RMB on the game on Steam> Properties> Language> Profit?

Or in Arma 3 Launchers> Option> Launchers Option> Language> Profit?

Or go to Option> Games> Language> Profit in the game itself?
