Building from Prologue (Spider-Man 3: The Game)

As we know, at the beginning of the game there is a tutorial in which we are thrown into a building that Carlisle wants to blow up. But then I flew around the whole game New York and did not find this building. Maybe it is not because it then completely collapsed, or maybe it was generally in a separate place (like that station in the middle of the ocean. Leave your comments, and maybe someone knows how to get to Liberty Island and Ellis Island

I donâ€™t think, because the top of the construction site was not completed, and the training in that building was at the top.

or maybe you are right and you cannot fly to Queens or Brooklyn, maybe this building is somewhere there
