Only asked because in the past only played on the pirates,and now going to pass the steam version and was wondering if there is the same problem.
Reducing or disabling effects,particles,smooth shadows and all that did not help?
Try another quality textures to put a little lower,if not help,try to put another Repack.

Tried to run steam version,with any settings, no problem,you can try to buy,if you want,she is now 55 rubles worth.

Found the solution if anyone face such a problem then simply clean the screen to put in 1024x768 and everything works
