Gigabyte GeForce GTX 960

I bought a Gigabyte GeForce GTX 960 (GV-N960WF2-4GD) video card, before that I had an Nvidia GeForce GTX 460 (192bit 768mb) for what reason I have 960 FPS less than 460 in CSGO? on the same graphics settings?

I also have 960, only from Asus, and fps in the same bf a little more than 60 on ultra settings
