arrow vs hawkeye who wins? (Batman: Arkham Knight)

I like the falcon eye replacement tip on the green arrow; D

God, will you calm down someday? What's Hawkeye supposedly shoots with a bow? Enough to give the same argument from the series, and not the most sensible. And Hawkeye defeated the Bullseye ... and so what ??

Well, Hawkeye, Clint Barton, can use Cap's shield (they say, one of the few who can handle it).
and indeed he treats any weapon as a specialist. Plus spy stuff. Incredible agility, etc.
And besides that, he also acted as the hero of Ronin - there he coped with melee weapons without a bow at all.
