Lenovo Y700-17, short friezes for a split second

There is a Lenovo y700-17isk laptop (i7-6700hq, gtx960m 4gb, 8g ram) installed all the latest firewood, Direct X and other software. In KS and other games, light freezes happen for a split second. This happens every 2-3 minutes. At this time, FPS is dropped (from 100 to 80, and immediately back). If in other games this is still not particularly important, then in CS, when you go out to the enemy, and a freeze happens, there is no chance of shooting him. At first I thought it was because of the Internet, but exactly the same thing happens with bots. Is it possible to do something?
