the autopatcher program has stopped working (Anno 2070)

Problem with Auto-Patcher
Help someone with advice ... When you start the game, the game update window pops up, and immediately the error "The Anno 2070 Auto-Patcher program has stopped working" appears and everything ... played. Can anyone have any thoughts on how to cope with this nonsense ??
