Is the computer a good one and will it run on new items?

Processor Intel Core i5 2400
Video card GTX 650
RAM - 8GB
Will it fit new items like Gta 5, Fallout 4, etc. And how much fps will it be?

GTA5 and F4 will go easy given their flexibility in customization. Otherwise, such a system will provide the game frame rate and high settings for gamblers 3-4 years old. And that's not a fact. A gtx 660 ti-level video card will be more interesting.

With cool textures, the game will spend all 1 GB of memory even at 1366x768.

On average, all games will go off with a bang, don't worry. ;-)

People want to assemble a computer for 50 pieces. I climbed on the Internet and collected this:
1. Intel Core i5-4460 processor
2. Video card POWERCOLOR Radeon RX 480, AXRX 480 8GBD5-M3DH, 8GB, GDDR5, Ret
3. ASUS B85-PLUS motherboard
4. Kingston HyperX FURY Black Series [HX316C10FBK2 / 8] 8 GB
5. 500 GB Toshiba P300 hard drive [HDWD105UZSVA]
6. Aerocool VX-500 [VX-500]

In general, who understands the system assembly according to your normal assembly, will there be no problems with it? If you tell me what to replace what if you find a problem, I'm just new to this and really don't know what's what.

it is rumored that AMD cards are processor-dependent to a greater extent than nvidia. those at the same level of FPS load the CPU more. therefore, it may end up as a weak point if the platform is calculated for a couple of years or more ahead. can of course dx12 will correct the situation. It will not be superfluous to inflate the budget to the non-overclocked i7 4770.
However, in existing games, this processor, in principle, should cope.
also, in the future, you will have to increase the memory op memory with 8 gigs, some games may not feel very comfortable. and op memory = gpu memory is a sign of not too good mk in RAM, resources for gpu are partially cached. demanding games such as sod butmans and other things can start freezing from this.

and I would write in the topic of the thematic section. but this theme is for trolling and fun.

The POWERCOLOR Radeon RX 480 video card was released quite recently. It has decent performance, but is noisy and has some technical issues. I would advise you to wait until the end of summer when the new RX 480 and GTX 1060 models appear.
As for the motherboard and processor, they are not bad, but these are solutions from 2014. For about the same money, you can take the latest generation, for example, i5 6400/6500/6600 + motherboard on the B150 chipset (although there are also more budgetary H110s).
In general, here's a good article - http://www.ferra.ru/ru/comp/review/game-pc-of-the-month-june-2016/
Wait for the July issue, it will appear soon.

They will go, they will not go, take it and check it out. And then tell everyone how much FPS you have.
