Keyboard Problems (Grand Theft Auto 5)

I know a similar topic has already been, but I did not find an answer to it, and I'm not playing from a PC, I'm from a laptop, so changing the USB port and reconnecting the keyboard will not work. The problem is that when you press any key in the game, the game simply stops (freezes). And this frieze lasts until you release the key. I rummaged through a bunch of forums and did not find a solution to the problem.
