Lost crew in hangar (World of Tanks)

After the last update, all the crews ended up in the barracks. The crew cannot be landed on the vehicle. The game works and the crew members are not displayed in the hangar. It is not possible to develop new vehicles. After reinstalling the game, the problem persists.
