Item details not displayed (Cyberpunk 2077)

In the inventory and in stores - when you hover over an item for the first time when you enter, a pop-up menu with detailed information about the item is displayed - but when you move the cursor to another item, this menu does not come out, it’s straight PPC how hard it is to play like that. 1.05, nvidia 1050ti, cheon x3363, fix SSE 4.2
