Regarding patch 3. (XCOM 2)

Colleagues, did anyone come across the third update separately? The second one is everywhere through the search engine, but it is not installed on pirates, there is a problem with localization files, they are cut out in repacks. It's just that there is no way to swing a repack already patched. However, I passed the game on the first, but still I want the games on the computer to be in proper form.
