Relationships with companions who are waiting at the base (Fallout 4)

And if I run with a companion who loves to drink or steal, and I do it, he likes it, would I not ruin my relationship with those companions who are at home bases?

Humans, if I received an ability from one NPC and left it in the settlement, does this ability remain active? Or only if I take this NPC with me for a walk again?

Remains. I got along with everyone and walk alone. You can check the availability in the list of skills on the pip-boy.

I know about their presence, I doubted only when I read recently one person wrote that if you leave your partner in the settlement, then the skill, although present, does not rob.
