PVM- [Hardcore] UT Kick Assasin (Diablo 2)
StartSpoiler Hello everyone.
So you've chosen an assassin to play? Mmm, clear. Then straight to the point, because this is no joke! A pair of forty will amuse you, about them later.
We will not play somewhere out there, but on hardcore (after all, softcore for anime girls, everyone knows that), so it is extremely important for us that our hero has at least some kind of protection:
- resistances to elemental damage (resistances), " resists ". You can see it in the stats window by pressing "A"
- in fact, the defense itself as such (defense), "def". Affects the chance of a monster hitting a character
- damage reduce. Expressed as a percentage. Oddly enough, it reduces the damage taken
- block. Chance to block attacks. Works after defense.
Bigger is better. There are some more parameters that can most likely be attributed to "defense", but you shouldn't bother with them, because from any reductions and without it it is all over the place.
Let's start with the fact that our character is the so-called "melee" - ie. melee character. And like all melee men, he takes on the blows from mobs, their spells, explosions of corpses, curses, Hell and Israel, which means that he needs the same notorious protection.
Quickly running through the Skill Tree (“Tâ€) of our killer, you will notice the absence of skills that significantly increase the def. That's right - we will have a little of it, which can cause a sudden death at 85 lvl, for example. But there are already three bonuses.
Fade gives both Resists and Damage Reduce (DR), where DR = Skill lvl. It will help us get the necessary cuts, and a sudden DR will not hurt.
Weapon Block (WB). A very specific and ambiguous skill. Simply put, everything else depends on the choice of Weapon Block - Block. So it goes.
Perhaps its only plus is that it is not necessary to pump agility specifically for it, this will save us approximately 350 HP (1 Vita = 3 Hp). And it's quite difficult to call it a plus: the maximum that can be achieved is 64% at 49 Skill Lvl for a PVP assassin, and even then with rare exceptions. We will have about 58%.
Allows you to take cover and roll from caster attacks. Again, we are not afraid of caster mobs. "Because this is an anticaster character?" - you ask. No. “Because the casters have little damage,†I will answer. After all, we will recruit resists in any case. The specificity of this skill is such that it works only when attacking / standing still. It turns out that he has no advantages at all. Why then is it needed?
A Weapon Block is not needed. It is too small for a crowd of dangerous mobs, relying on it as the only means of escape from a fireball is stupid. In fact, it is enough to invest 1 skill point in it, the rest will be taken from things. It can be pumped, the block is never superfluous. You always have to sacrifice something.
A regular block allows you to block only physical attacks, its maximum is 75%, it works when running (but only 1/3), when walking, it depends on dexterity. We play hardcore and cannot rely on chance. If you suddenly clicked not on the mob, but into the void and decided to waddle around the Lords with WB - it's a pity, you'll have to pump it over. With a regular block, everything is much easier - we will walk almost everywhere, we can only run with great confidence that nothing worse than lightning will hit the hero.
Well, enough muddy scribbling, I think you already understood the Essence. Any self-respecting melee will clean the Uber Tristram. We will. Yes, on hardcore.
Maximum Resists and Increased Lightning Resistance - Mephisto with the Conviction aura removes 125 over the usual one hundred percent minus on Hell difficulty. You should have 85% lightning resistance under his aura. It is important.
The greatest possible chance for Crushing Blow (CB) - otherwise we simply won't kill anyone in Tristram.
Chance to open wounds (things with the Open Wounds property, OW) - otherwise the enemy will heal faster than we damage him. The required percentage can be collected from gloves alone.
Two equipment options.
Under Weapon Block:
- 2 Jade Talon - claws. Incredible amount of cuts and mana regeneration. Make holes, insert Shael runes into them. Accidentally remove and put on a claw - we will lose attack speed, so we insert it into each claw.
- Lionheart - armor. Cheap, STR + DEX + Resists. The very thing.
- Guillaume's Face - helmet. In the hole jewel for attack speed (IAS) + any of the minus resists. Most likely it will be Jewel IAS + Fire Resist. The helmet will give us 15 STR and 35% CB
- Goblin Toe - boots. Twice "upnut" in a cube according to the recipe to increase the damage of our attacking skill. Will give 25% CB. The alternative is Gore Rider. 10% less CB and 30 FRW (running speed), which will have a positive effect on the time of the MF-race.
- Raven Frost - rings. Will give 30-40 DEX.
- Thundergod's Vigor - belt. +10 max light res, 20 STR.
- Highlord's Wrath - amulet. 20% IAS and Lighting Resist.
- Dracul's Grasp - gloves. 25% Open Wounds and Life Tap cast - so as not to die.
The inventory has a lot of space for charms for skill or life - this is another plus of this assembly.
By stats it turns out:
163 STR
105 DEX
420+ VIT = ~ 1.8 HP
By skills:
20 points are thrown into: Dragon Talon, Fade, Venom, Mind Blast.
1 point each: Death Sentry, Shadow Master.
You can swap Mind Blast and Death Sentry. If you don't want to die in the crowd. Or if you want to deal with her faster.
Oddly enough, it was easier in Uber Tristram. Met is pulled aside and calmly killed, desu.
After five loot, she was killed by one beetle in the second act.
How to avoid such a misunderstanding will be written in the third part.
Continuation of the first part
Spoiler And here is the second option. Almost the same.
Under the usual Block:
- Stormlash is the coolest thing that can be obtained for relatively small runes and weapons. I bought it for Ist Mal on hardcore. It will give us such necessary 30 IAS, 33 CB and, most importantly, a fifteen percent (15%) chance to cast 10 lvl Static Field, which, as you remember, removes 25% of hp from the enemy. Unfortunately, only up to half of his health. It turns out that Baal or Diablo will suddenly quickly quickly lose 1/2 of their total HP, and then the usual Crushing Blow, Open Wounds and damage from kicks will be used. The static has one more indisputable plus, which gives a significant increase to the cleanup: while you make your way through the crowds to the Leader, killing his minions and everything that gets in your way, the static will reach the main one. Although I prefer to kill the main one, with auras and all sorts of curses, and then beat the rest. The thing is that with a small number of people in the game, the assassin quickly kills mobs with kicks without Stormlash, but with a large one, static saves a little time and is not so important - mobs are beaten by others. Doesn't work with the lighting immune, Mephisto is happy and laughs evil. The good news is that souls will only give you hp when attacking with lightning.
In Stormlash, I inserted a jewel 5 dex + 30 Light Resist, thus gaining 85 Lres under Mef's escort with one charm of 24 Lres. If you put Shael in this thing, you can remove Highlord's Wrath - our amulet for attack speed and 35 Lres. We will lose 65 Lres and that's about two to three GCs per lightning resist. You can wear any amulet of your choice, color and fcr.
- Stormshield - shield. The most, that neither is, the shield. Gives us block, strength, resists and as much as 35 Damage Reduce. Insert Perf Topaz into it. Swing agility under it to 75% chance to Block. Actually, it's not worth pumping power specifically for it, because it gives 30 Str. It is enough to put on Bartuc's Cut-Throat to put on the shield and he will carry himself.
- Guillaume's Face. This time we insert Um into it.
- During the game, I found a pair of claws for the Fade / Venom precast. I advise you to look too.
With inventory this time things are much worse: we removed 2 Jade, which means that the resists are gone too. We leave room for one GC for light- and one for fire resist. Several small charms for cold / poison / fire res, the rest are MA / Shadow skills and the like. Matrial Arts skills for damage and AR, Shadow for more DR with Fade and Venom.
For this sim we got:
84 LVL for full swing, then swing only Death Sentry / Shadow Master
175 STR
195 DEX
356 VIT ~ 1.4 HP
60% Damage Reduce is quite good.
Terrible Fire Resist, Cold Resist. Very deplorable and fixable by charms.
13K AR is not a fountain, but you can also hit a 95% fallen. Without skills, every 100 AR will give 1K AR in the stats window.
That's all. If you liked the idea of changing the amulet, then The Rising Sun is perfect in retaliation for the bad fire res, Mara. This assassin has so far managed to go to Uber Tristram only once, and even then for 79 LVL.
"Noob, provocateur, wig and cheater! Stormlash dresses for lvl 82" - you will be indignant. And you will be right. But there is a great replacement for this Stormlash of yours and she dresses much earlier. You can fully dress the assassin at level 76. This miracle of engineering is called Kingslayer and gives us almost the same as Stormlash, but without the notorious statics:
+ 30% Increased Attack Speed
-25% Target Defense
20% Bonus To Attack Rating
33% Chance of Crushing Blow
50% Chance of Open Wounds
So, if you forgot about Stormlash or prefer a beautiful blank of your choice, or just too lazy to swing 82 level, then I recommend it. Stormlash is not as easy to find as Mal Um Gul Fal, so take your pick. I can sell the last one for only Gul. And also, by the way, when climbing Nihlataka, pal combat sk 35 hp N Lo dropped out.
Both options make the assassin a good tank and a winner in life, the second option is more expensive, but better, it is faster, it is stronger, it is airy. The first option is cheaper, you don't need to worry so much about the resists, but Weapon Block is not as reliable as it might seem. Now I am 86 lvl, the speed of stripping solo-hbr is amazing, any competent partner, and you will be able to spend time not boringly mash of blown up cows or sweeping UT. In any case, it will be impressively cool and finally fly away.
And yet, yes, the character does not have antimobs. Poison, static and CB are doing their job and administer justice even Phys | Light | Poison Immune, even if it's the same Long Stick Blood Killer Addict. Speak openly and boldly right in your face "KIK ASSASSIN, ULTRAHARDKOR !!"
Edits and observations
Spoiler 1. So yes, as SergeyS1988 wrote, it became very boring to drag around without FRW. As a result, sometimes I run without Fade, losing 30 DR. Dangerous. Looking for a Gore Rider (30% FRW, 15% CB, 10% OW). Then I'll sign off on how critical the loss of 10% CB is.
2. Put Shael in Stormlash, put on The Rising Sun. Now in Travinkal you can drink milk with cookies, even under the curse of AD. And I'm not kidding: I specifically checked that hydras heal quickly enough to prevent health from dropping below 1k hp (without the barbarian's bo). The mercenary died quickly. True, they didn't have Conviction.
3. I decided that Rising Sun was the coolest amulet, until I remembered how there was not enough mana in UT. Thought Crescent Moon 15% mana leech would be the right thing. After the test in Travinkale, I am sure that I will not take off Rising.
4. Iron Maden is not dangerous for this assassin build. The first hit happened when Life Tap was on the monster, and Iron Maden (IM) was on me. Several dozen hp lost / recovered in a second. The second, third and fourth hits fell on the mob without LT, the result was 150-250 hp damage for a series of hits, he stopped further attacks. Since the last two volleys from the guard in the box were made for the test, I will try to do the same in UT.
And here is the half-hour video. With lags (

Soon?
Only three guides per killer. Of course, two of them were written by the master Negative himself. Even for pvp, there is no kraps.

A shmot. So much has been said about kraps, then Natasha was dressed in something else. And so I dropped the link to the guide and you can continue the discussion about runodrops and wigs.
