1.1 Patch. Stats, mod slots do not change (Cyberpunk 2077)

With the release of patch 1.1, stats, modification cells no longer change, with the method - save / load. How to be?

either rollback or wait for the next patch. Or, like me, to postpone the game and go through it like this in a year / two, not forgetting to praise all the forced "beta testers". Fortunately, there is still something to play.
