I bought an EA subscription I can not go to the DLC servers I

press play in steam - origin is launched - the battlelog website opens - I filter by maps from close quarters - I click to join the only non-empty German server - writes that I need dlc
I bought a subscription in steam I have a premium edition , but shows that dlc is not installed in origin and installed in steam, restarting the computer did not help, reinstalled the game and anti-cheat separately the same story.
