Bug with weapons and damage (The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim)

In general, earlier I had played many hours of pirated TES Skyrim LE, but when I installed it now, strange bugs appeared: firstly, when you take out a weapon, it does not appear in your hand, but then it appears, or does not appear at all. The same thing happens with a bow, but at the same time, if it appeared in the hand, then when you remove it it remains displayed in the character's hand (from the third person, this also happens with a one-handed weapon). Secondly, when you hit the opponent, the blow does not pass, as if you are swinging with air, but after a while, the game remembers that I was trying to hit him and gives all the blows to the opponent at once. The same thing can happen to me. Strikes on the enemy seem to be unable to load normally.
I took down the game and downloaded the repack from another site, also installed an unofficial patch, and so on. - nothing helps. Can you please tell those who know how to get rid of this nightmare? It is not possible to play ((((
