Trinity Pack pre-order bonus (Hitman 3)

Greetings. Two weeks ago I made a pre-order in Epic, but the "Trinity Pack" content for the pre-order is not active, the dls is displayed in the list, but the slider is in the off position. I try to turn it on and still turns off automatically again. Has anyone encountered such a problem, is it a bug or do you need to activate it somewhere? :(
