Acquaintance Seller (Cyberpunk 2077)

Hello gentlemen. Can anyone share info on one question?
In one of the quests, Carrie Eurodin introduces V to the seller, claiming that he has a good product and is ready to make a discount. It is impossible to look at the goods, Kerry hurries the protagonist with the words "you will look later, now we have more important things to do."
So - where now to find this merchant? I just remembered about him, but I can hardly find it. Can anyone help?
