Unable to find player (Genshin Impact)

What should I do if I enter a friend's UID, but it says "Unable to find a player"?

I don't know how to fix it, but I know how to get around it. Just ask another player to find the one you can't find. Then, go together to the world of "intermediary" and add the one you were looking for as a friend.
