Map for fast travel does not appear (Red Dead Redemption 2)

Hello!

Is this a bug? In the second chapter, after knocking out debts, I improved the tents for about 1000 coins, while the map for fast travel did not appear ... I donâ€™t understand what the matter is. Nobody came across?
