Price per game. (Tales of Zestiria)

At the moment, Tales of Zestiria in Steam costs 999 rubles. Thought to use one of the shops on Playground, but figs there. Stembay does not work, Gama-gama gives the game for the full cost, although it was said here about ~ 250 rubles.
Does anyone know more trusted stores?
