Kill Team (ATOM RPG)

Hello! A question. found on one site that there is such a command "Kill", with the note: "Kills the character or creature selected by the cursor. Select it in the open console mode." But no matter how hard I tried, it doesn't work for me for some reason.
Please describe in detail (if it really works) how to correctly achieve its operation?
