Ori and the Will of the Wisps

Hello!
Such a problem: I collected 2 keys in the leeward wasteland. I could not jump to the gate, and decided to go through in another place, where I collected 4 more keys to open the gate in another location. As a result, all the keys were collected, 4 keys were spent on opening one gate, the other 2 keys disappeared from things and locations, which is why I cannot open the gate in the leeward wasteland. What to do now? I don't really want to go through again.
