Fills video memory (War Thunder)

Hello friends, after updating the video memory starts loading up to 8 GIG. Before that, there were no such problems.
Intel Core i5 9400 2.9-4.1 GHz
Ram: 32 GB 2666 Mhz ddr4
Vidokarta: RTX 2070 8 GB
I play at 24 "1920 * 1080p resolution. All on ultra. Scaling no up to 4k

This is a jamb of developers. In one game in English, everything was fine, and when they did it in Russian, there was a video memory leak. I wrote about it and they "fixed it" - the leak became half as much. As a result, I returned to the English version.
