Bootloader update error (Genshin Impact)

a week ago there was such an error. The button turns yellow only after opening and closing the launcher several times. The download of the update lasts a maximum of 3 minutes and the launcher is closed. The game was reinstalled 4 times (well, how it was reinstalled, I can't even download it because the launcher lasts for a few minutes, in the end nothing) the video card drivers were updated, Nvidia settings were set, the cache was cleared, the dns server changed (like), the directX program changed.
