Poor performance on a powerful pc (Metro Exodus)
On theMSI z390 Gaming Carbon AC WiFi
i7 9700k
RFM 16gb 3600 MHz
MSI RTX 2080 SUPER Game X Trio 8Gb
pc comes out on average 70 fps NOT at maximum settings, WITHOUT tracing at all locations, in the Caspian Sea in the first location where the loaf is given, fps on average 50 CHARLES! in the Taiga the same is only 55 fps the whole chapter, but it happens that it gives out 100-110 but in closed locations, far from the "open world". I thought that Windows was tired, reinstalled, but nothing has changed. The game is on a good SSD.
Do I have one such performance?

in what resolution are you playing? In general, the engine of the game is geared towards corridors, in open locations it is very voracious and not optimized, but what we have is what we have. You can achieve a stable 60 fps if you lower the shading factor.

How much CPU is used while playing? How much is the graphics card loaded?

It's strange how I have it on 2070super on extreme settings with tracing to ultra without dlss fps 45 60+ in the caspian location

No, not one, I generally had drawdowns of up to 30-40 frames (Caspian Sea, Taiga, and especially in the DLC about Sam), although my computer characteristics will be slightly worse :)
The author, your video card is a bit weak for this game on the graphics parameters you want. Replace it with something fresher and more vigorous, for example, the same RTX3060Ti will already cope with the load much better, but in general, if you wish, I advise you to take the RTX3080, there are more RAM (10 gigs versus 8), well, she herself will be more cheerful.
And what you have is outdated iron, you don't need to demand something from it beyond natural. I'm talking about the video card, with everything else you are in complete order.

Yes, so somewhere it is, in a fulk on 208S in heavy locks, sags up to 50 fps)

Well, about the 3060ti is really nonsense, but about the old age of the 208S, he's right)

That is, a video card that does not exist and is considered an old one and a half years?
