1) Download from here https://github.com/bbepis/XUnity.AutoTranslator/releases the latest version of the XUnity.AutoTranslator-ReiPatcher {VERSION} .zip file
2) Unpack this zip to the root folder of the game so that the translator exe is next to the exe games.
3) Run SetupReiPatcherAndAutoTranslator.exe (it will create a new shortcut in the folder NAME OF THE GAME (Patch and Run))

Everything may seem complicated, confusing and incomprehensible there, but I figured it out.
1. We take the download from the same github BepInEx (x64)
2. Unpack it into the folder with the game, start the game, exit.
3. More folders appear in the BepInEx folder, one of them is plugins, there we throw the unpacked DSP_TranslationMod (which is in the link above).
4. Next, go to Dyson Sphere Program DSPGAME_Data Translation and create a folder with a name such as Russian.
5. Launch the game and in the settings (in the last tab) we find the language change, there appeared a choice of Russian, selected, saved, exited the game.
