The effect of chip blade on VK power supply

Suddenly, the video card stopped showing signs of life - the next time the PC was turned on, it did not start, including the backlight and coolers. Well, coolers may need heating (although they seemed to be spinning before loading Windows), but the backlight always worked from the moment the power button was pressed.
I tried to connect to another power supply unit - nothing changed. Visually, everything is ok with her, burnouts are not visible.
Could the chip blade have provoked this?
Or do the coolers and backlights continue to work with the blade?
