Skyrim vendor bug (The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim)

A bug with me happened (which is not a novelty) The
bug is not simple, but very much interfering with the normal game
All sellers sell me only Ingredients or Potions
The rest that they essentially have to sell (ore, jewelry, equipment) they do not even have in the menu
I don't understand how to fix this bug, there is nothing on the Internet on this topic, or I was looking badly.
Please help because this is how Anril plays.
