Disable NPC reactions (Fallout 3)

Does anyone know if there is a mod to disable the NPC's reaction when they know or have seen that you have killed some person in the game? (There is such a mod on Oblivion: when the plugin is connected, the guards no longer run to the place where you committed the crime!)

You do not understand: I just asked - is there such a mod? And then already tired of running with immortality!

I don’t know about the mod. You can turn off hostility through the console: you click on the npc with the mouse, write setav aggression 0 and npc does not attack. You can find out the id of several enemies (or any characters) and make a text file with commands like
prid ref_id
setav aggression 0
and so list all of them.

Put the file in the game folder. To execute commands, you need to write bat filename in the console.
How to find the id of enemies? To prevent them from shooting, enter the tcai command (stops the battle), approach or fly up (using the tcl command), after entering the console, click on the character and his name and ref_id are displayed at the top.
The prid command is identical to selecting a character with the cursor.
