Location Volga (Metro Exodus)
People question. The hangar does not open on the Volga. The fence is at the bottom where you need to swim into it by boat.What to do then?

If I understand correctly what I mean, then that hangar from the water should be open. Those. you can only get there by boat. By land, no matter how.
