Bioshok remastered freezes while opening a map (BioShock)

Who could have had such a problem, as they decided, the problem is only on the gamepad, on the keyboard everything is normal.

I subscribe to the question. A similar situation. Sometimes it freezes tight, sometimes it hangs for 10 seconds. Steam license. There are rusik sound and text from ZoG
