Game, freezes, FPS drops (Call of Duty: Warzone)

hello, I ask for help with this game, on pc, from the very start the game starts to lag a lot, not to mention the game in the main mode.
I looked through the task manager, the game is installed on ssd (like the swap file for 10GB), hdd is loaded by 100 percent when playing, in any mode, the processor is loaded more than usual with the rest, everything is fine, this is all that I remembered now, below I will provide the characteristics pc (for memory)

intel i5 9400f 2/9 ghz
8 gb RAM (2133) one
ssd bar kingson 1400 (new)
2 hhd, seemingly from Toshiba, elderly, relatively
