Operatives can do little. I don’t know I didn’t play it .. Although both parts are full editions. But my hands have not yet reached ... Somehow 2 gig is finally sad ... Winda takes a little bit ... and there is little room left on the exhaust to overclock the game ... Vidyuha and pro-cycling ... Take in addition 2 a gig disc, it finally costs a penny ...

If the license check the cache.
Increase the paging file.
Install it Microsoft Visual C ++ 2005-2008-2010-2012-2013 Redistributable Package Hybrid [32-64] (Updated 26-02-2015) download from the tracker.
Well, update firewood if you haven't done it yet.

Kesh checked all the rules.
Firewood updated.
Now I will install Microsoft Visual C ++ 2005-2008-2010-2012-2013 Redistributable Package Hybrid [32-64]

Venchik Hey
, a couple of minutes ago there was 2 GB. random access memory. Determine already, otherwise we can hardly help adequately.
Okay, now on business. I can add to the above: check the temperature of the video card and processor, it is possible that they get very hot because of what it slows down.

Also turn off the physics if it's on, although you seem to have written about the settings.

In general, I installed Microsoft Visual C ++ 2005-2008-2010-2012-2013 Redistributable Package Hybrid [32-64] (Updated 26-02-2015) and then decided to check whether it helped or not, and at that moment I accidentally touched the cable from the Internet and it disconnected from me and the lags disappeared immediately, but when I connected it back they appeared again!

Maybe some kind of virus or miner.

In the task manager, see if any process is heavily loaded.
In MSI Afterburner, it would also be good to see the load on the video.
If everything is fine, then I don't even know what it might be, check it with an antivirus.
Maybe someone else can tell you something.

And maybe lags due to the low speed of the Internet?

Venchik

Why on earth, if you even lag in the menu, you're not playing in a cooperative.
Well, as an option, turn off the Internet and play, but if you are interested in co-op then that's another question.

What version of the game? There are many repacks with this problem - if there is a repack, then download another one.

I have a license downloaded from Steam the newest version!

I am inclined towards viruses that are activated when the Internet connection is active (trojans or something similar). Here they, in fact, begin to eat up computer resources. It may also be that some program is trying to update, but unsuccessfully.

Now I will download the antivirus and check the computer for viruses!

Venchik
Then there is only one option - you remove all third-party applications and programs from the download (which are not needed during the game, but only consume resources), turn off the antivirus and start the game.

Venchik

If this is a miner, then the antivirus may not find it, you need to watch the download of the processor in the remote control.
Start the game, then exit the game and look in the task manager if there is any process that heavily loads the system.

If you want to check for viruses with maximum efficiency, then download Kaspersky Anti-Virus. They have a 30-day free version, that's fine. For permanent use, I would not recommend him - he is too corrosive, which often interferes than helps.
