Misunderstandings with channels
I looked in the CPU-Z tab with the operative and saw that half of it works in a single channel and half in a dual channel. Only 4 identical strips, only half of the year 14-15th and half were bought recently. Is this normal or not?Mother of GA-Z97x-gaming 3

You're not looking at that! This is a completely different parameter. You need to look in another tab for the SDRAM values in your signature or Dual! So in AIDE64. As a single channel in CPU-Z it is probably called Single.
Tab in CPU-Z - Memory. Column Channels #

What does it show here?
Spoiler
Ranks is not the number of channels.
From Google: Memory rank is the number of arrays of memory chips ... soldered on one module. Simply put, if there are up to eight chips on a memory bar, inclusive, it is single-rank, and if sixteen, it is dual-rank.

For good reasons, it is better to buy immediately, ideally as a kit, but it is possible at different times - if the modules are the same. On the screenshots, the game seems to be similar, but the rest does not match - names, ranks, timings, XMP versions.

There Dual, well then everything turns out ok. Can this slight difference in timing affect performance?

If the dies are installed at different speeds, a lower speed will be used.
About XMP here I found SpoilerBut the user should know that only a motherboard with XMP 1.3 support will fully reveal the potential of RAM with an XMP 1.3 profile! If you are using an XMP 1.2 platform with XMP 1.3 modules, the modules will not work correctly and probably won't even start.
