Testing

Need help finding a program, there is a pdf / word file with already written questions and answer options, is there a program with which you can put circles or squares on the answer options, which can be clicked and, accordingly, the correct / incorrect answer will be counted? I don't really want to manually transfer all the questions and answers to test constructors, it's easier to place the buttons already in the finished version, pressing which will count the answers, I doubt of course that there is such a thing, but still an attempt is not an attempt to find such a program
