Loading stuck on screen with joystick (Forza Horizon 4)

I start the game, everything works, goes online, press continue, and then an endless download begins with a gamepad on the screen. I updated Windows, looked at different fixes, etc. but nothing helped. I waited somewhere for half an hour. I do not have a pirate, it was downloaded from the microsoft store. I do not know what to do, please help!
