Operator Appearance Challenges not completed (Call of Duty: Warzone)

In short, I got skin tests for the main modern warfare operatives: Alice, Dey, Vayata, Domino, Minotaur, Bale, Rodion, Azur, Grinch, Seed, and Gas. And the Skin tests for Gas are legendary and the rest are all blue. I went to carry out tests, two rollers played, made 40-50 kills on assignment, and not a single keel was counted, and the same for other operatives. The gas tests seem to be from the gas bundle, but the fact is that I did not buy a gas bundle and did not buy anything in the store at all for the last 7 months.
Who knows what to do and can I do all the tests at all or is this just a bug?
