Error 6068 (Call of Duty: Modern Warfare (2019))

Faced this error, tried 3 methods
The first method was to put the launcher and the game itself in "Compatibility with Windows 7", and disable "Intel® Turbo Boost" and remove the XMP profile in the BIOS settings.

The second method was to change the setting file "adv_options" VideoMemoryScale = 0.05

The third method was to set -d3d11 (But as I understand it, it does not help at all) The

fourth method People also advise to reinstall the game completely, but unfortunately it didn't help either.
