Flickering images when connecting a computer to a TV

Good day, I ran into such a problem: when the computer is connected to the TV via hdmi, the image sometimes goes out for 0.5-1 s (I never found a pattern), sometimes a slideshow happens (goes out, appears, goes out). I tried three different hdmi, different connectors on the TV, nothing changes. When ps 4 pro is connected, everything works fine.
My pc:
CPU Ryzen 1600 (3.8 Ghz)
Video GTX 1066 (Palit dual)
16 GB RAM (2997 Mhz c16)
Mother MSI B350 gaming pro carbon
TV Philips 49PUS6412 / 12

1. Try to roll the new firmware onto the Box. Maybe a ride ...
2. And deal with the cables (Versions). The vidyushka has HDMI 2.0b, and that of the TV, I could not find anywhere. Phillips is great!
3. Instructions https://www.download.p4c.philips.com/files/4/49pus6412_12/49pus6412_12_dfu_rus.pdf
p. 84
pp. 55-56
May help.
There is a mention in the updates about Fix HDMI! So it makes sense to first roll the software update (Andryusha on the Box).

if you believe the site ultrahd hdmi 2.0, the cable was used from Sonya's native (most likely version 2.0) with ali ordered two additional cables (both 2.0b if you believe the Chinese), the firmware is the newest that is available at the moment. And there is such a moment that all this does not depend on the resolution, it blinks like that at 1080p (the native resolution of the TV by the way) and at 2160p
