The low loading GPU\\CPU (Far Cry: New Dawn)
Settings on ultra, zoom 1, vertikalka disabled. the FULLHD resolution. The graphics card is loaded to 58% CPU 44% 63 FPS. since my monitor is 144герца, I need to achieve at least 120+ fps. everyone on YouTube is the same garbage with boot benchmark. does anyone know a solution?
Core i7 4790k 4.4 Ghz
Nvidia 1080ti
Crucial 16gb 1866Mhz

There in the monitor tab must contain the desired frequency.
In the tab additional settings - incl. Ogre. frequency - off (it's not a Vert. synchronization) and adaptive resolution off.

I'm not a fool)) everything is displayed as it should. This pisses me off )) look at 2080ti benchmark in fullhd)) nonsense) and if you reduce graphics and scaling by 0.5 to deliver the fps does not change)

Here is the first video test fps for 60K/s. There still is VIDOS from inocenta where testid in 4K and also all the rules.
Spoiler
Can be seen without afterburner that Celik video card, as expected, hollowed in the hundreds, so all the rules with the fps.
Underload vidyahi, the 99%, something to do with vertically, limiters, IMHO, but... you have 63 fps, it's not a plane for sure.

You can throw referring to these videos, dramatically interested in.)

In the settings of the video driver for the game Far Cry: New Dawn turn off vertical sync off triple buffering, enable power management on maximum performance, using the task Manager to put a high priority.
In the game settings choose a window without a frame.

if I play 2K or 4K , then Yes download normal it becomes. but on FHD sadness. here in the video you can see clearly
BIG_CrasheR
and yet , if I look at the sky, the fps grows to 150+ , and load grows on the GPU , the CPU drops. but as soon as I can direct the camera at the landscape from a load of 50% drops and the CPU is about the same
Subaru MotorSports
in the evening I will throw off screenshots of settings and result.
Subaru MotorSports
didn't work, all the same. the video was removed this is still

Underload only edge lights?
We can play with different versions of fire wood.
Have yourself checked in the built-in bench pharika, on FullHD 60Hz maximum speed - all clear. FPS under 114.

Well, there is still a few games but not all. In other slightly better there is the type of CPU already not remove. For example crysis 3 in the grass, where the CPU usage is almost 90%

Can screen to throw the workload of CPU and GPU on the same terrain open ?
BIG_CrasheR
that's the kind of result I'm trying to achieve ideally
P. S I don't know why when I record screen blinks image
